1. Orders and payment.
At Whoost! there are two different forms of ordering and paying:
1.1. PayPal has been integrated into this site. This means you have a safe way of paying by either credit card or PayPal. In this case, the payment is immediate and the delivery period starts. As soon as you have ordered, you will receive a confirmation mail.
1.2. Should you choose to pay up front by different means, please send us an e-mail with the desired article and you will receive a return mail with instructions as to payment. As soon as payment has been received, the delivery period is starting. Should payment not have reached us after 10 days, we’ll consider the order as cancelled.
2. Prices.
2.1. The prices are mentioned in Euro and are inclusive of 21% VAT and shippingcosts
2.2. Whoost! reserves the right to adjust the prices for further products without prior notice.
3. Mailing your order.
3.1. The articles will be sent by courrier or surface mail.
3.2. Whoost! cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during delivery.
3.3. Should you wish to be insured against loss or damage, at an extra cost, please mention this while ordering or within 24 hours after receiving your confirmation mail.
4. Conditions of exchange.
4.1. You have the right to exchange your purchase within 7 days under the
following conditions:
4.1.1. Always send us an e- mail, prior to return of the article, with the details of your order and the reason why you ask for an exchange.
4.1.2. We explicitly request for the article not to have been used, nor damaged. It should be wrapped in the original packing and sent back with correct postage.
4.2. In case of exchange, all costs of mailing, loss or damage will be the responsibility of the client.
4.3. Should the article be exchanged, the same delivery period as for the first item will be maintained.
4.4. Whoost! reserves the right to deny the demand of exchange should we suspect prior use of the article, or damage by the client.
5. Liability and privacy.
5.1. Whoost! tries its utmost to faithfully transfer the colors of the different articles onto your screen. Due to incidence of light or to the color tuning of your screen, Whoost! cannot 100% guarantee a particular color. We thus cannot accept a demand for exchange due to slight color deviations. If in doubt, please send us an e-mail with your questions. Whoost! will answer you as soon as possible.
5.2. Whoost! is not responsible for improper use of its products.
5.3. Whoost! can in no way be held liable for damage or injuries as a result of using its products.
5.4. All Whoost! products are handmade. They have been created with the utmost care. Should a deficiency show up despite of this, the article will be exchanged within one month.
5.5. Your e-mail address and private data is for intern use only and will in no way be communicated to third parties.
