For a whole time I was thinking of a fun yet exclusive name. It had to be one that sounded well, had charisma and stood for my designs…I also favored a name that was pronounceable in Dutch as well as in English and I didn’t want it to be too long or too complicated. Yes, it was one hell of a challenge! I couldn’t make my mind up, I kept focusing on the characteristics it should have, which in turn kept me from seeing the whole picture.
But then one day, I was chatting on the phone whit my friend, again pondering on how urgently I needed a label. It was so obvious! But I didn’t see. My friend asked: “don’t you have some cheers you already use?!”
But of course! This simply was it! Whoost! is something we yell out for years now here. Whoost! stands for everything a little crazy, fun, or close to my heart. Since my daughter’s birth we use it all the time, as a cheer or as a nickname for my husband and my little girl. When I say whoost! at home, they answer me both! This simply was it, my search came at it’s end.
